Here are some of the most common problems people run into while trying to download a catalog, and how to correct them.
• Why is this taking so long?
Due to the large amount of images and our desire to give you the highest quality version of our catalog, the downloadable versions of our catalog are very large. Depending on your internet connection this could take several minutes to download. If you are using a dial-up service to connect to the internet we do not recommend that you attempt to download these files, as it could take several hours.
• Why can't I view this file?
These files require Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed before they can be opened. You can download this program by clicking here.
• How do I save the catalog to my computer?
Due to the very large size of these files we strongly recommend that you download the catalogs to your computer before viewing. To do this, right click your mouse over the catalog link and select "Save Target As" and save the file to you computer. Please note the images below for examples.
