Purchasing
- What are your online purchasing terms? Parts may be ordered
through the website by credit card only. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are
accepted.
- Can I purchase parts without a credit card? If you wish to
purchase by money order or certified check, you must print out our order form and mail it in, or call our toll
free order line at (800) 882-4688. Orders with personal or company checks will
be held until the check clears. Any checks retuned due to non-sufficient funds
will automatically be charge a $25.00 fee. Please use the shipping table on the
order form to compute shipping charges for mailed orders. We are sorry we can no
longer send your parts COD. Prices subject to change without notice.
- What about International orders? Orders outside the U.S. must be
prepaid (including shipping) by credit card or postal money order, U.S. funds.
Orders to Canada may be sent United Parcel Service or mail. Phone orders
facilitate speed in receiving your order. We are always happy to work with your
broker. We will be happy to identify parts which are 25 years old or older as
"Antique car parts" on pertinent documents to help ease customs problems.
Returns
- How do I return a part that I do not need? All returns MUST HAVE
a returns authorization number (RA#) obtained by calling the returns department
at (810) 655-4641. A $5.00 administrative fee will be charged on any item that
is returned without a RA#. Returned items must be received within 90 days. A
copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to
determine if a returned part was manufactured or distributed by Paragon. There
will be a fee charged on any returns with damaged packaging. No returns will be
accepted on parts used or damaged by the customer. Paragon reserves the right to
decline any return items after 180 days or receipt.
- What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders must
be checked for shortages or damage and reported to Paragon within 5 days of
receipt. Please have invoice number ready when calling.
- Will I be charged any restocking fees if I return a
part? Restocking charges do not apply to defective parts, and/or Paragon
Reproduction parts returned within 90 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 10%
will be charged for all returned Paragon Reproductions parts after 90 days of
receipt. A Restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all cancelled or returned Paragon
Vintage items (used, reconditioned and NOS parts). A Restocking fee of 30% will
be charged for all special orders.
- Are there any special packaging guidelines I should know? All
electrical parts must be returned unused in the original,
undamaged packaging with label and part number clearly marked. All chrome
parts returned damaged due to carelessness or installation attempts are Non-returnable.

- What are my shipping options?
•If this is your first Internet order of $50.00 or more, Paragon will cover up to $20.00 of shipping and handling! This special offer is only available to one person per household. Please note that this discount will not be reflected on your order when you check out, but will be applied once we receive the order. You will see the discount on the invoice included with your order.Offer applies for UPS ground continental U.S. orders only.
•Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS. We will ship via UPS, freight carrier, or U.S. Postal Service. For expidited service, simply state the
shipping method you are requesting in the "Additional Information" section on the
order form. In addition, Saturday delivery is also an
option for an additional fee. Please call for special shipping details. Same day
air shipping is also available.
•Some large orders are more economical when shipped by freight carrier. We will pass on our shipping discount when it applies.
•Merchandise shipped by freight carriers must be paid for in advance. Freight charges will be collected COD by the carrier.
•If shipped by freight carrier, we must know if it is a residential delivery so a special truck can be sent to ease the unloading of large parts.
- What the package is damaged when it arrives? If a parcel is
damaged in shipment, please save all packing material. DO NOT RETURN THE
PARTS DIRECTLY TO US, as our shipping department cannot accept unauthorized
returns. Call our customer service line (810) 655-4641 and we will assist you with the return.
Security
- Is your online ordering on a secure server? We use built-in
secure ordering featuring Verisign encryption. Orders can be received by
E-mail. Credit card information for E-mail orders is encrypted and secured
behind our firewall. The information is retrieved from our secure location.
Credit card information can be sent directly to a merchant account for automatic
debiting and crediting. All customer information, including name, address,
etc., is secure and for merchant use only. No information is redistributed in
any way.
- What is Paragon's privacy policy? We take our customers privacy
very seriously. You can read our detailed privacy policy here.
Other
- What if I am having my Vette judged? Paragon tries to provide the
highest quality, most accurate parts available in the Corvette market today.
However, if you are having your car judged by the NCRS or other well respected
preservation or restoration organizations, we strongly advise you to contact
someone from that group to determine if the particular part is acceptable for
judging prior to ordering it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any part
will satisfy another person’s ideal of what would be considered acceptable. We
want to do it right the first time. The Paragon reputation speaks for itself,
and we have our customer’s satisfaction to prove it.
